In my own journey, I’ve faced and recovered from burnout twice, leading me to discover a saner way to live and work that I now share through coaching, writing, podcasting, and speaking. I’ve helped thousands of people learn to recognize their stress triggers, identify and manage unhelpful mindsets, learn to reset within their days, and design lives that they don’t want to run away from.
